Ask them, “Was your sleep better better or worse during the covid lockdown?”
Ask them, “Was your nutrition better or worse during the covid lockdown?”
Ask them, “Were your workouts better or worse during the covid lockdown?”
And finally, “Was your mindset better or worse during the covid lockdown?”
If they respond “worse” to any of the above questions, then they need more from you.
