Daily Update
Kids need you.
Kids are getting less activity than ever. Many sports are cancelled or downsized. Schools are running fewer gym classes post-COVID. And winter is coming.
The most beautiful part of our business is that it combines the ability to make a living with the ability to help people. And coaching kids is both great for your business and—most importantly—great for them.
Daily Lesson
This week, I’m going to tell you how to build a Kids’ program from scratch:
- How to price it.
- How to schedule it.
- How to find coaches for kids.
- How to sell the program.
- How to market the program.
I’ll also talk with Jeff and Mikki Martin, developers of the original CrossFit Kids program and co-founders of The Brand X Method. For Two-Brain clients, I’ll give you an entire new course on building kids and youth programs.

Daily Directive
Look back through your client list for the last three years.
Find the sports teams you’ve coached. List every coach you know.
Find the teachers. List every teacher you know in town.
Find the parents. List every parent in your gym.
Find the kids. List the kids who have trained at your gym—and any sports they’ve played.
You’ve just built a massive marketing list for yourself. Growing a kids program isn’t hard when you build on your connections.
