Daily Update

The stuff I wrote in 2008 isn’t the same as what I share now.

The advice I gave in 2012 is pretty different from the advice I give in 2020.

The playbook we taught in 2016 has been upgraded five times.

Our original Incubator program is on its fourth makeover.

And my next book—coming before Christmas—is a lot better than the original.

Why?

Because the industry changes, so our advice does too.

Daily Lesson

The stuff we teach is driven by data.

Data is a filter: Does something work or not? Data proves it.

Data shows trends: Does something still work or is it in decline?

Data shows the best: Is an idea pretty good or could you do something even better?

The difference between a guru and a mentor is this:

A guru sells his or her idea. A mentor finds the best ideas and applies them to their clients’ cases.

We’re a mentorship program, not a group of gurus.

And here’s how we’re fighting the gurus who are peddling snake oil: “Cleaning up the Business of Business.”

Daily Directive

I’ve long said that the ideal clients for my gym were entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs have their priorities straight. Entrepreneurs have freedom of time, and many have freedom of finances. They can afford my gym, and they understand the value of focus. That’s why they have coaches!

In the last few months, many gym owners have asked me to help their clients who are also entrepreneurs. Usually, I just send them a copy of “Founder, Farmer, Tinker, Thief.”

But most want more. Currently, we work with a few dozen entrepreneurs who own:

  • Chiropractic clinics.
  • Construction businesses.
  • Spas.
  • Legal firms.
  • Martial-arts schools, gymnastics academies and other similar businesses.

We’re opening five spots with a senior mentor to help similar people.

If you have a client who owns a business like this, you can help by putting the entrepreneur on a call with our team. It’s free: Click here.

Special Note

I don’t usually promote other people’s stuff, but after several conversations with Community Coalition, and after seeing their numbers, I believe they’re truly helping gym owners out there. When your members buy from this site, you get 50 percent of the profits. Registration for the program ends today. U.S. gyms only!

One more thing!

Did you know gym owners can earn $100,000 a year with no more than 150 clients? We wrote a guide showing you exactly how.
