It might include salary, dividends and things the gym covers, like a cell phone or vehicle.

Before I reveal our new leaderboard, I’ll tell you why this metric is so important.
It’s not all about the money.

But if you can’t afford dinner, you have a problem.
I was there: broke and arguing with my wife about the grocery bill.
I didn’t make it home for dinner, I didn’t make a profit, and my impact was reduced because I was stressed. Things were so bad I was in danger of losing my gym, which would have erased my impact from my community.
You need steady, reliable income from your business. It’s your compensation for taking risks and improving health in your town.
