Daily Directive: Sept. 21

Daily Update

A lot of us opened a gym so we could have a job coaching.

It’s definitely the reason I opened mine. After working for someone else for three years, I simply couldn’t see a way to make enough money to support my family while being an employee.

So I opened a gym. I struggled for years until I found a mentor. I put my family through stress and poverty. But if I had to choose, I’d still take the entrepreneurial path. And if you’re reading this, you probably would, too.

But we’re the exception. Most coaches just want to coach, and if you can provide them enough opportunity, they’ll be happy.

Many owners privately confess to me that they’d be happier “without the business stuff.” Others are excited to create opportunities on the platform they’ve built. And many—unfortunately—have sacrificed too much for their staff.

The secret to creating an amazing opportunity for others is to build a solid, sustainable platform; give them opportunities according to their life goals; and mentor them to reach their goals.

This week, I’ll tell you how to do all of it.
