Daily Update
I used to think, “If I get the best results for my clients, they’ll refer their friends.” Now we all know that’s untrue: If you want referrals, you have to ask for them.
However, if your clients aren’t getting the results they want, they’re going to leave.
And you can kiss referrals and recommendations goodbye when they go.
Daily Lesson
All that matters is what the client wants.
You can improve their deadlift. You can reduce their 5-km time. You can increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.
But if the swimsuit won’t fit, they’ll all still quit.
The first step to achieving a goal is knowing it. That’s the easy part. Read the rest here: “How to Get Better Results for Your Clients.”
Daily Directive
1. Know their real goal.
2. Measure what they care about, not what you care about.
3. Show them the path to their goals.
4. Test!
