Daily Update

Some gyms around the world are being forced into a second COVID-19 shutdown.

Some gyms haven’t even fully reopened yet.

It doesn’t matter whether we agree with the diagnosis, the stats or the politics. All that matters is that gyms survive this second wave.

One of the hardest parts of the first shutdown was overwhelm. Should you apply for government aid? Will it all disappear? How do you negotiate with your landlord? How do you pay your staff? How do you move your clients online?

You had to change your entire business in less than a week, then drive the new model and hope for the best, right?

Well, this time we’re ready.

This time, we have data.

We know what worked. We know how to prepare. And we know how to survive.

Second shutdown? Bring it.

We’ll have our step-by-step “second shutdown” guide for you soon.

Daily Lesson

The key to survival (now) and growth (later) is the same thing: focus.

It’s the ability to block out the noise, cut through the overwhelm and do only the things that matter.

Gym owners can work hard. That’s not the problem.

Gym owners can work long hours. That’s not the problem.

The problem isn’t care or intelligence.

The problem is a lack of focus.

Focus is what mentors provide.

Daily Directive

I’ve long said that the ideal clients for my gym were entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs have their priorities straight. Entrepreneurs have freedom of time, and many have freedom of finances. They can afford my gym, and they understand the value of focus. That’s why they have coaches!

In the last few months, many gym owners have asked me to help their clients who are also entrepreneurs. Usually, I just send them a copy of “Founder, Farmer, Tinker, Thief.”

But most want more. Currently, we work with a few dozen entrepreneurs who own:

  • Chiropractic clinics.
  • Construction businesses.
  • Spas.
  • Legal firms.
  • Martial-arts schools, gymnastics academies and other similar businesses.

We’re opening five spots with a senior mentor to help similar people.

If you have a client who owns a business like this, you can help by putting the entrepreneur on a call with our team. It’s free: Click here.

Did you know gym owners can earn $100,000 a year with no more than 150 clients? We wrote a guide showing you exactly how.
