Daily Update

You know what you need to do.

Even if you’re only reading these blog posts, it can be overwhelming because knowing what you need to do right now is really hard. But you don’t move your business forward by trying to fix everything at once; you make progress one step at a time.

Daily Lesson

Here are your business priorities.

The Business Hierarchy

Each level limits the layer above it. If your mission isn’t clear, your operations will suffer. If your staff can’t deliver everything exactly the way you do it, you’ll struggle with retention. And if you can’t keep people for long, the sales process will be much harder for new clients.

If you’re not strong on sales, there’s no point in marketing. And if you can’t talk your friends into joining your gym, you’ll never convince a stranger.

This week, I’m going to tell you how to identify your weakest link and take action now to fix it before 2021.
