Also, because training outside might no longer be an option, you can still offer in-home PT if your gym is closed. That would be my desperation option—not because it doesn’t work but because I personally didn’t enjoy doing it in 2001.

If you’re not doing it, start tracking your average revenue per member and length of engagement. These two metrics will tell you a lot about the value you provide and who your best clients are.
