Daily Update
If you don’t reach them, you can’t save them.
That’s why you need marketing.
This week, I’m going to share some statistics from the best gyms in the world. These gyms are doing an amazing job with one aspect of marketing—advertising—and you’ll see their numbers. You’ll also hear from their owners on our podcast, and I’ll give you some of their top tips in our blog.
Daily Lesson
Advertising is part of marketing, but they’re not the same thing.
In fact, advertising is the last step you should take with your marketing. After you’ve set up your marketing “funnel,” you test it over and over to make sure it can hold water. Only then do you turn on the tap.
Here’s how to do it: “By the Numbers: Leading Them to Health.”
Daily Directive
To prepare for the week, here are four metrics you should track:
- Leads generated (even if you’re not advertising).
- Set rate (how many consultations your leads set to talk about your service).
- Show rate (how many leads actually show up for consultations).
- Close rate (how many leads sign up for your service).
