In my efforts to make gyms bigger and more resilient, I give you daily action items, and I know it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. So I want to give you a way to really focus on the essentials right now.

Introducing the #UNBREAKABLE55 Challenge!

Here’s how it works:

You’ll do five specific things—the same ones—five days a week for 55 days total.  

It’s simple, but it’s not easy. The #UNBREAKABLE55 Challenge requires you to do the common uncommonly well.

Gyms owners who do these things will see the following benefits:

Retention will improve—with staff and clients because you’re communicating more.  

New clients will roll in without high-pressure sales or another dime spent on ads.

Your gym will run more smoothly as you make a host of small but important adjustments to your systems.

Heck—the gym itself will become a nicer place to spend your day.

#UNBREAKABLE55 will make you do the little things that quietly build positive momentum and affect everything else you do in your business.

So here’s the program. Each weekday, you will:

  • Review one client’s goals with them.
  • Publish one piece of content online.
  • Give praise to one staff member.
  • Talk about your business to one new person.
  • Write down one of your processes and make one tiny improvement to it.


In my decades of helping thousands of gym owners transform their businesses, I know first hand how effective these tiny habits can be.  

If you do them repeatedly for 55 days, they’ll become the unbreakable habits that take your business to the next level.

One last warning:

UNBREAKABLE55 is not easy.  

Is it straightforward? Absolutely. The hard part is staying consistent.

Trust me, over the course of UNBREAKABLE55, something will get in your way. There will be bad days.

You’ll be busy. You’ll be tired. You’ll have to handle a client issue. Something will pop up.

And that’s the crux of the challenge. The five tasks? Do them anyway. No matter what. Miss a day and the calendar starts back at Day 1.

Most won’t finish.

For those who do, the long-term results will be huge.
