The four cornerstones of your coaching business are:

– Nutrition coaching.

– Group coaching.

– Personal coaching.

– Online coaching.

To combine these services and sell them, you must be prescriptive. You don’t have to be a great salesperson; you must be a good coach.

Good coaching doesn’t mean correcting or teaching movement. It means being confident enough to say, “This is what you need to do,” “Here’s our plan,” or even, “Follow me.” That’s the Two-Brain Prescriptive Model.
