If you’re opening, be excited but discreet: Share the good news through your interior channels instead of your public ones. Address clients’ concerns in person. And make sure they know they can stay online as long as they like.
Role-play 10 Goal Review Sessions with clients. In each, ask this question: “Would you prefer to keep doing some of your training online?”
