Daily Update

While most gym owners are eager to get their doors open again, some members and neighbors think it’s too soon. If you’re opening, be excited but discreet: Share the good news through your interior channels instead of your public ones. Address clients’ concerns in person. And make sure they know they can stay online as long as they like.

Today’s Tactic

Role-play 10 Goal Review Sessions with clients. In each, ask this question: “Would you prefer to keep doing some of your training online?”
Add that question after this one: “Are you completely happy with your results?” When you have your answers, make a new prescription for the client.
