Accept that your gym probably won’t be allowed to run at full capacity when it finally does reopen. Visualize how you’ll operate with limited class sizes or coaching hours.
What tools will you need? What systems? What staff?
After you identify what you’ll need, start building your “new business.”

In separate early April complaints seeking class-action lawsuits, members allege LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness continued to charge membership fees despite closures caused by the coronavirus crisis: Click here.
From Clubindustry.com: “LA Fitness ranked No. 1 on the 2019 Club Industry Top 100 Clubs list with $2.09 billion in 2018 revenue. 24 Hour Fitness ranked No. 3 on the list with $1.51 billion in 2018 revenue.”
Both chains temporarily closed all locations in March.
