About

Andrea Savard

Andrea Savard has a degree in commerce and served as an executive in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies before focusing on her role as CEO of Reebok CrossFit FirePower in Milton, Ontario.

Her gym began as a hobby in 2005, then became a CrossFit affiliate in 2008. As one of the first affiliate owners in Ontario, Andrea connected with Chris Cooper and eventually hired him as an accountability partner. She’s worked with Two-Brain Business since its inception.

Over the years, Andrea turned her hobby into a thriving business, first by expanding, then by optimizing her space, then by purchasing a building to create an asset. Reebok CrossFit FirePower now boasts a client length of engagement of seven years and has three times been named business of the year by the local chamber of commerce. She and husband George founded the Canadian Firefighter Appreciation Day and have used it to raise over $65,000 for the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Andrea’s personal motto is “committed to constant development,” and she wants to inspire others to become strong leaders. Her mentoring specialties are retention, community building, leadership training, and team building and staff development.

She’s a wife, mother to twins and a dog lover, as well as a former nationally ranked boxer. She drinks more than a little coffee and has a secret passion for surprise garden make-overs when friends are on vacation.

“We’ve lived a challenging yet fulfilling entrepreneurial life,” Andrea said. “I want to share that experience by listening to other business owners and showing them the path to success.”

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” - Albert Schweitzer
