His lifelong dedication to training hard and relentlessly pursuing excellence in business and fitness has led him to where he is today—a successful entrepreneur, loving father and husband, and leader in the fitness industry.
Joey Coleman helps companies keep their employees and customers. As an award-winning speaker, he works with organizations around the world ranging from small startups to major brands such as Volkswagen Australia, Zappos and Whirlpool. His First 100 Days methodology fuels the remarkable experiences his clients deliver and dramatically improves their profits. His two books, “Never Lose a Customer Again” and “Never Lose an Employee Again,” have received critical acclaim, and both were instant Wall Street Journal bestsellers.
Chris Cooper believes hard-working business owners are the heart and soul of the economy, and he’s dedicated his life to supporting them through mentorship. His goal: help 1 million entrepreneurs find success. After starting Two-Brain Business on Feb. 13, 2016, Chris grew the company into the largest gym mentorship company in the world. The businesses these clients own consistently grow faster and outperform their peers by a wide margin because of one-on-one guidance delivered by certified Two-Brain mentors.
By his 35th birthday, Mike Michalowicz (mi-‘kal-o-wits) had built and sold two multi-million-dollar companies. Convinced he had cracked the code to success, he became an angel investor… and proceeded to lose everything: his money, his confidence, and nearly his mind.
That breakdown became his breakthrough. Determined to rise stronger, Mike committed to more than rebuilding his bank account. He set out to transform how business owners approach both their work and their lives. His mission: to create simple systems that generate lasting wealth, meaningful impact, and personal freedom, while elevating health, happiness, and purpose.
Today, Mike is known worldwide for helping individuals take back control of their time, money, and energy. He’s the host of the upcoming TV show “The 4-Minute Money Maker,” a mainstage speaker at top-tier events, and a trusted voice on major podcasts.
Mike, who runs two thriving companies of his own and is a partner in two dozen more, is the creator of Profit First, the cash-flow system that’s helped over a million business owners go from survival to consistent profitability.
His bestselling books include “All In,” “Get Different,” “Fix This Next,” “The Pumpkin Plan” and many more.
Whether on stage, on screen, or in the trenches with entrepreneurs, Mike Michalowicz is a rare bridge between personal growth and business success. His anti-broey, anti-guru, real-world good guy approach empowers all types of people to have a better work experience and a life they’re genuinely proud to live.

As the owner and head coach of CrossFit Livermore for over 12 years, Matt Souza is passionate about helping people reclaim their health—but his expertise extends well beyond the gym walls. He is the producer of “The Sevan Podcast” and the host of “Souza’s Show,” and he has produced livestreams for CrossFit Semifinals competitions. Matt is also a co-founder of Media Launch, an ad agency and educational platform dedicated to the CrossFit space. Through this venture, he helps fellow affiliate owners and coaches grow their impact within their communities.
Dane McCarthy is the founder of The Athletic Clubs, a team-based training concept with seven studios in New York City and new locations opening mid-year in New Jersey, Chicago and Washington, D.C. A former semi-professional rugby player, Dane built the business around team-like training—members show up at the same times each week, train with the same people and are led by the same coach. His focus is on building gyms with real community, strong retention and unit economics that actually work.
Dan Trink is the co-founder and co-owner of The Fort, a small-group personal training gym with five locations across New York City. He’s the author of two books published by Human Kinetics and Rodale; a former Men’s Fitness advisory board member; and a longtime contributor to T-Nation, Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, and The New York Times. Outside the gym, Dan is a recreational guitarist, unapologetic biceps enthusiast, husband and dad.
An NCAA All-American at Stanford University, David Durante became a multiple-time U.S. national champion and World Team member before earning a spot on the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team. After his elite career, he co-founded Power Monkey Fitness, where he now coaches and mentors athletes worldwide in technical mastery and long-term performance.
A nine-time national champion and American record holder in the clean and jerk—as well as the masters snatch, clean and jerk, and total—Chad Vaughn represented the United States as an Olympian in 2004 and 2008. Following his competitive career, Chad founded Barbell Mobility to helps athletes improve movement quality, longevity and performance under the bar.
Michele Letendre started in the CrossFit space at the front desk back in 2009. Within her first year, she earned her Level 1 and began coaching full time. Over the years, Michele has taken on nearly every role the methodology has to offer: coach, manager, owner, CrossFit Games athlete, Games coach, and member of CrossFit’s Level 1 Seminar Staff.
Michele was hooked from the beginning on the fitness, technical depth, constant learning and pursuit of skill mastery. CrossFit transformed exercise from something she had to do into something she couldn’t live without, and that shift in perspective has defined her coaching philosophy ever since.
In 2016, Michele retired as an athlete and channeled everything into coaching, launching Deka Comp to work with competitors at the highest level of the sport, including nine-year CrossFit Games athlete and five-time podium finisher Patrick Vellner.
Michele has been programming for affiliates since 2016, and in 2023 she brought that expertise to HWPO Training, where she now leads affiliate programming full time.
Bill Parisi is the founder of Parisi Speed School, a global performance training system with over 120 affiliate locations dedicated to developing athletes of all ages. He is also a proven gym owner and operator, having built and managed a four-facility chain from 1993 to 2015, with each location averaging over $1.5 million in annual revenue. For more than 30 years, Bill has helped athletes from youth to professionals move better, run faster and stay healthier. His work integrates tissue preparation, fascia-first movement literacy training, and isometric performance systems that build resilience, longevity, and real-world performance without sacrificing intensity.
Intensity alone no longer wins; gyms that understand tissue, fascia, movement, and preparation are the ones keeping members healthy, progressing, and paying for years.
Emily Kaplan, co-founder of MetFix, alongside Pete Shaw and Dale King. Emily Kaplan is the co-founder of MetFix, and she’ll bring decades of experience in coaching, business development and community building to the Two-Brain Summit. MetFix helps gyms move beyond workouts to deliver real results through metabolic health, nutrition and behavior change. The program equips coaches and gym owners with practical systems that improve retention, increase member value and drive measurable outcomes. Emily will be joined in Chicago by Peter Shaw and Dale King.
Miranda and Julian Alcaraz have spent more than half their lives in fitness, between competing, coaching, gym ownership, CrossFit seminar staff, and ultimately co-founding Street Parking in 2016. What started as a simple idea between two competitive athletes working out in their garage is now in its tenth year serving a global community.
But Street Parking wasn’t built on their résumés. It was built on a methodology and a belief: consistency is key, simple doesn’t mean easy, and a 20-minute workout done regularly has the potential to change everything. The phrases Miranda has coined over the years, “Consistency is Key,” “More Than Nothing,” “Fitness Freedom,” “Simple Not Easy,” have become cultural shorthand that continue to shape how people approach not just their training, but their beliefs about fitness, nutrition, and health.
A decade in, Street Parking has grown to include an app, a premiere coaching team, dozens of yearly in-person meetups, expansive resources, and more. Yet the mission has never changed: provide no-nonsense fitness for real people, in every phase and stage of life. Parents of three boys who invest deeply in family, mentoring, and their local community in Vancouver, Washington, Miranda and Julian’s passion remains the same – help people think about fitness less, so they can live more.

Let’s level up your fitness career.
Let me start by saying this about the Two-Brain Summit: We lose about $100,000 on it every year. So why host the event? Simple: It is our gift to gym owners.
Back in 2008, when I was training clients 14 hours a day and still losing money, something like the summit could’ve changed my life. I want to give gym owners a chance to form bonds with a network that will support them for decades to come… and it’s a helluva lot of fun.
