Rickard is also 100 percent remote from his own gym, leading a team that drives its growth without his physical presence, a testament to the systems and leadership strategies he teaches.
In 2018, Rickard discovered Two-Brain Business, recognizing Chris Cooper’s approach as the most logical path to success for microgym owners. Since becoming a mentor, he has helped gym owners across Europe add profit, reach their net owner benefit goals, and implement systems that allow them to work on their businesses instead of in them.
Rickard is the founder of Coaches Congress Berlin, an event that started in 2022 and quickly grew into an international congress for gym owners and coaches. His vision was to create a space where gym owners could connect, learn and grow so they could turn their businesses into high-performing, profitable ventures that have a greater impact.

Rickard speaks Swedish, Finnish, German and English, along with conversational Danish and Norwegian. He is a dedicated father of three daughters and, by necessity, has become an unintended horse expert, something that naturally happens when your kids are passionate about riding.
