Whether it’s hiring the right people, building a strong team or stepping into your role as a leader, Anastasia will guide you every step of the way. As a Two-Brain mentor since 2017, she specializes in teaching you how to sell authentically, no pushy tactics here, and retain clients long term.
At just 19, Anastasia began working toward her Perfect Day. She left her home in Russia, speaking no English, and moved to New Zealand, where she worked as a dishwasher and waitress while building the skills she’d need to succeed. She started her first business, a mobile nail salon, while managing two retail stores.
Fitness became a part of Anastasia’s life in 2010, starting with bootcamps, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She went on to represent New Zealand in mixed martial arts before discovering CrossFit. In 2013, she opened WOF CrossFit alongside her husband.
“If we had not started and carried on with Two-Brain, we wouldn’t have a business now,” she said. “It helped me not only keep my gym but grow it into a successful and reputable business.”
Years later, after building a strong team and business systems, Anastasia hired a general manager to run the gym. She expanded her fitness portfolio by purchasing a second gym in partnership with another couple, grew the business and later sold it, along with her meal-prep service, My Meal Box. In 2021, she sold her remaining gym and started Lifehack Coaching.
“I became a mentor to help others build successful businesses, show them what’s possible and share everything I’ve learned through my own mistakes.”
Anastasia’s mentorship style is very direct, honest and results driven. She holds her mentees accountable for taking action and believes in celebrating every success along the way. Her experience has also given her unique insight into the dynamics of shared business ownership.
She holds certificates in accounting, business management and project management, as well as fitness and nutrition diplomas, a health science diploma and a life coaching diploma. With a passion for women’s health and nutrition at every stage of life, she is also studying to become a clinical nutritionist.
Today, Anastasia is living her Perfect Day: mentoring others, spending time with her family, traveling the world, training five to six days a week and growing her business.
