Mentorship is not a course or a book. You get paired with a mentor who has built a profitable gym. Together you build a plan for your gym, and they hold you accountable to it.
You have probably read the books and heard the podcast. Information is not the answer. One gym owner put it this way on his first call: “I’ve gone as far as I can go on my own.” The problem is that there is too much to do and no clear order. Your mentor helps you pick the one thing that matters now, then the next one.
It is not a marketing agency either. We do not sell leads or run ads. We work on the whole gym: prices, sales, retention, operations, staff, and your own pay. More leads in a leaky gym just means more people walking back out.
WHAT IT IS
WHAT IT IS NOT
ABOUT 10 WEEKS
You set up the sales and marketing systems that bring good clients through the door fast. You build and sell your On-Ramp program. You learn the Prescriptive Selling Model, so selling feels like coaching instead of pushing. You clean up your website. You build your referral, email, social, and paid ad funnels, with a marketing mentor on the calls with you.

Sell Week
ABOUT 2 WEEKS
You dig into your numbers. You build a dashboard that tracks the six numbers behind gym profit. Then you find your single biggest chance to grow and map out the path.
You start running the gym instead of the gym running you. You and your mentor go over your numbers each month. You write a staff playbook, hand off the jobs that pay you the least, and work toward your own goal. For a lot of owners that goal is $100,000 a year at about 20 hours a week.
You and your mentor look at your numbers and find what is actually holding the gym back, not what feels urgent that week.
You and your mentor look at your numbers and find what is actually holding the gym back, not what feels urgent that week.
You keep learning best practices alongside other gym owners who are solving the same problems, so you are never working this out alone.
Who you work with

One-on-one calls with a gym owner who has done it. In Stages 1 and 2 you get as many calls as you need to keep moving.
Calls on the core topics: ads, social media, and sales training. Plus groups for the gym types we work with most, like CrossFit, semi-private, sports performance, and HYROX.
The stuff you would otherwise build from scratch, already proven in thousands of gyms: SOPs, AI tools trained on our playbooks, sales scripts, ad and email templates, video lessons, and a metrics dashboard.
One of the world's largest curated groups of gym owners, with direct access to every mentor and to our leadership team.

We put the price right here because you should not have to sit through a sales call to learn it. Here is the math we ask you to check us on. Two-Brain clients added an average of $23,013 in revenue in their first year. For many gyms, two to five new members cover the monthly fee. Stage 1 is built to help you get those members early. That does not happen for every gym, and we are not promising it will happen for yours.
The first call is free, with no obligation.
At that rate, 5 new members bring in more than the year costs. This is simple math on numbers you type in. It is not a prediction of what your gym will do.

"Turning 29 today. A year ago I didn't have a job and just started with TBB. Over the past year, I've started a business, achieved an income of $100k+, got engaged, traveled to Portugal, Iceland, and Georgia, bought a new truck, provided jobs for two people, and helped over 100 people in my community."

$1,200 a month for 12 months, or $300 a week for 52 weeks. There are no hidden tiers to unlock. After year one you can keep going with Growth at a lower monthly rate, and we have advanced programs for owners building wealth outside the gym.
This is the question we hear most, and it is why Stage 1 comes first. The first ten weeks are built to bring money in right away. For many gyms, two to five new members cover the monthly fee, and Stage 1 sets up the sales and marketing systems that bring those members in. It does not work out that way for every gym. So bring your real numbers to the free call, and think about the cost of waiting too. If your gym loses money every month, another year of the same thing is expensive as well.
Many owners earn back their first payment in the first month or two. That often happens during Sell Week, when you run every sales play you have learned in one focused week. Some owners take longer, and some never get there. Two-Brain clients added an average of $23,013 in revenue in year one. Reaching $100,000 a year in personal income took just over two years on average, and fast movers did it in under a year.
We hear this every week, and it is a fair worry. Agencies sell you leads. Group programs sell you content. Two-Brain gives you one mentor who runs a profitable gym, works your plan with you, and answers for your progress. We also fix sales, prices, retention, and operations, not just lead flow. Leads were probably never the real problem. About 80 percent of the owners we talk to already have enough leads. They lose them with a weak sales process.
About an hour a day for mentor calls, group calls, and lessons. If you cannot picture finding that hour, that is the first problem we work on. Early projects buy your time back by writing down systems and handing off the low-value work you are buried in. Setting up systems takes work up front. We are honest about that. The whole point is to work less and earn more later.
Because that is how long it takes to rebuild a business the right way. Money first, in about ten weeks. Then a growth plan. Then systems and free time. Anything shorter sells you a spike instead of a business. You can pause once, for up to a month, with your mentor's approval.
Then we build the plan around your number. Some owners want $70,000 and more time with their kids. Some want $150,000 and a second gym. The system is the same. The target is yours.
"My market is different" is the thing we hear most, from owners in Miami, in rural Arkansas, and everywhere in between. A gym with 150 members needs only a tiny slice of any town. Two-Brain has clients across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Oceania, and mentors are matched by region and type of gym. Your market does matter, so what you get out of it will look different from someone else.
No. It works for any gym that earns most of its money from coaching. That includes CrossFit gyms, personal training studios, semi-private training, group fitness, boutique studios, youth programs, and HYROX gyms. There are group calls for each type, and your mentor is matched to your kind of gym.
No. Your mentor will show you what gyms like yours charge and what your service is worth. Most owners charge too little. But you set your prices, and every plan is built for your gym. There is no one-size model, no required challenge, and no squeezing your clients. We coach on value, not discounts.
Before, if you can. Mistakes cost less to fix before they are baked into your lease, your prices, and your schedule. We have a track for people opening a gym, plus a Start a Gym course for $500 if you are earlier in the journey. If you are already open and struggling, waiting until you are profitable to get help getting profitable is the worst plan.
Use it. It is good at information. But information is not the answer. If information were the answer, all of your clients would have six packs. What changes behavior is someone who knows your numbers, tells you the one thing to do next, and checks whether you did it. As we tell every owner, it is easier to read the label when you are outside the bottle. You are stuck inside your gym every day, so the obvious step is not obvious to you. It is obvious to someone who has already run your problem.
The free content teaches you what to do. Mentorship helps you get it done. It is the same reason your clients pay you instead of following a free workout online. Knowing is not the same as doing. If you have read our stuff for years and your income has not moved, that is your answer.
That is what a mentor is for. You get one clear step at a time instead of a list of 40 jobs. You also get calls on the calendar, a group that keeps you honest, and a mentor who, as one client put it, "will call you on your BS." The work still has to get done, and the system is built to make sure it does.
Bring them to the free call. We mean it. The choice affects your household, and the numbers are easier to weigh together. A lot of our best client stories started with a doubtful spouse who asked the hardest questions on the call.
Every mentor owns a gym and has hit the results you are working toward. They reached their own perfect day, built their income, and passed our mentor training program. You are matched by your type of gym, your goals, and your region. If the fit is wrong, you can switch.
A consultant studies your business and hands you a report. A mentor has already done what you want to do. They give you the next step, do the work with you (role-playing your sales talks, reading your ads, building your numbers with you), and stay until it is done.
Most owners stay on with Growth. That is ongoing mentorship at a lower monthly rate with two mentor calls a month. Top performers get invited to Tinker, our program for owners building wealth: more locations, real estate, investing, and planning what comes next.
You talk to a real gym owner who runs a profitable gym, not a salesperson working on commission. They look at your revenue and your model, give you steps you can use that same day, and tell you straight whether mentorship is a fit. If it is not, they will say so. Book a call
