Tim signed up for mentorship in 2023 because Two-Brain’s sustainable, gimmick-free, data-driven approach to gym ownership matched up with his mission at Fit One Five, where Tim works to help busy parents and professionals improve their quality of life and become better leaders.
Tim has a ton of experience: He’s worked full time in the field since 2013 and has held ACSM, NSCA, CrossFit and USAW credentials in addition to a degree in physical therapy. Before opening his gym, he led a corporate personal-training team that generated more than $5 million in revenue annually.
With guidance from his mentor, Tim built momentum quickly. He tripled revenue in just two years and boosted KPIs across the board, and he’s now a frequent flier on Two-Brain’s leaderboards for average revenue per member and net owner benefit.
“My mission as a mentor is to coach gym owners to build businesses that provide for their families without sacrificing quality time.”
Tim’s areas of specialty include personal training and semi-private training, online training, creating career coaches and working closely with a spouse.
Quality time for Tim involves hanging out with his wife and two daughters, hiking or competing in fitness competitions.
