About

Scott Romjin

With more than 30 years of business experience, Scott uses empathy to develop tailored plans that help gym owners take consistent action and produce measurable results fast.

Scott Romjin has a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, inside and outside the fitness industry.

Currently, he’s the owner and CEO of CrossFit Plainfield, a gym that’s been in business for well over a decade and still has Day 1 coaches and members. He’s also a mindset coach, podcaster and Two-Brain Business mentor.

But there’s more to Scott. He co-owned and operated a chiropractic office for 10 years, and he served as marketing company president of U-Haul for 12 years. He was also the co-owner of a rental-properties business for a decade.

Over 30 years, Scott has experienced everything, from achieving millionaire status to considering sleeping in his gym at times. Through it all, he learned to embrace challenges and cultivate a resilient spirit. His superpower? The ability to quickly turn a negative into a positive and start moving upward again.

“I can be knocked down, but I won’t stay down for long, and I’m always going to find my way back up,” Scott said. “The things I have been through allow me to find leverage so I can get up faster every time.”

With a wealth of what he calls “old-man knowledge” to draw on, Scott has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves.

As a Two-Brain mentor, he uses empathy to develop tailored plans that help gym owners take consistent action and produce measurable results fast.

“My mission is to help my mentees get results in the most efficient way possible using the systems and processes that Two-Brain has taught me,” he said.

A certified leadership coach, Scott loves traveling and meeting new people with his wife. He’s also working toward a black belt in karate when he isn’t rucking with his dog, mentoring youths or working on projects around his new house.

“My mission is to help my mentees get results in the most efficient way possible using the systems and processes that Two-Brain has taught me.”
