About

Lisa Palmer

Lisa’s business revenue has tripled as a result of simple, actionable steps. She specializes in working with start-ups, more established businesses and ownership teams.

Someone once said, “Do you want to be life rich or cash rich?” Lisa wants to help her clients achieve both!

Lisa said joining Two-Brain Business transformed her gym. What was once a daily grind is now an award-winning, profitable business Lisa enjoys. Having set up three successful gym facilities in the United Kingdom, she specializes in working with start-ups, more established businesses with larger teams or businesses with more than one owner. Her mentoring style is the perfect balance of empathy and results-driven focus.

Over the past two years, Lisa’s business revenue has tripled as a result of simple, actionable steps. This growth has afforded her more valued time with her family away from the day-to-day running of the gym.

Lisa’s ideal client is someone like her: an entrepreneur who wants to enjoy their business and is excited about new opportunities and growing their team.

Lisa feels passionately that business owners should surround themselves with committed team members who are proud to represent the brand and company vision. She loves helping gym owners nurture and develop their teams so they feel supported and undeterred during the many ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

Having spent the past 15 years in a variety of sectors, including CrossFit affiliate ownership, the British military, and health care, Lisa knows first hand that being a business owner is often overwhelming and comes with limited “free” time for business development. To help her clients, Lisa teaches mentees to prioritize their time so they can take meaningful steps to keep their members happier for longer and grow their businesses.

Whether you are striving for more family time, aiming to build your team and business or using profits to reinvest, Lisa can’t wait to help you.
