Joanne joined Two-Brain in 2018 and led her gym to double its membership and revenue during the COVID pandemic. A multi-business owner, she wants to help other gym owners succeed.
With a mission to help as many people as possible achieve better health and fitness, Joanne Cogle has led her gym, CrossFit CSG, to become a local powerhouse that earned the titles Best Fitness Facility in Columbus and Best Gym in Georgia in 2023.
Under Joanne’s leadership, the gym doubled its membership and revenue during the pandemic in 2020.
In addition to her role as CEO of CrossFit CSG, Joanne owns TriColumbusGA, a race production company founded in 2011 that organizes marathons, triathlons, 10Ks and 5Ks across Georgia and Alabama.
In 2023, she launched “Feeling Like Sh!t Sux,” an online coaching platform designed to empower perimenopausal and menopausal women to prioritize their health and fitness.
Joanne joined Two-Brain in 2018 and wants to give back to the community as a mentor.
“I want to be able to help as many people as possible improve their business and live their perfect day,” she said.
With a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in sports studies and fitness management, Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge to her mentoring role. She is also a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, nutrition coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

In her free time, Joanne enjoys biking, playing sports, and spending time with her husband, daughter and dog
