Through mentorship, Cynthia has tripled sales and held her average revenue per member over $250 for 12 months straight. She’s Two-Brain’s nutrition-coaching expert and wants to help other gym owners set up profitable nutrition programs.
Cynthia Fotti heard Chris Cooper speak in 2016 and started digging into his books and emails. In 2019, she decided it was time to invest in mentorship—and she’s never looked back.
Since then, she’s tripled revenue at CrossFit Rush, added 1,500 square feet to her gym in Ontario, Canada, and held average revenue per member over $250 for 12 months straight despite a weathering a pandemic.
As a health-care professional for the past 20 years, Cynthia developed excellent problem-solving and communication skills. She held many leadership and teaching roles and loves seeing the light turn on when someone achieves clarity and takes action.
With deep roots in professional development related to health and client care, she found it natural to expand into nutrition coaching. She’s completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 course and the Refined Art of Coaching nutrition course.
As a Two-Brain specialist mentor, she helps other entrepreneurs set up nutrition services as well as kids fitness programs to add revenue streams and serve gym members better.
“My mission is to guide clients through business principles that will inherently make their business run smoother so they can better appreciate the true wonders of entrepreneurship,” Cynthia said.
When she isn’t mentoring Two-Brain clients or growing CrossFit Rush, she enjoys mountain biking and playing volleyball.
