Anastasia Bennett knows how to take action, and she can help you take action, too.
She’ll help you learn how to hire, how to build an effective team and how to be a leader.
She’ll teach you how to sell without being pushy—and how to retain those clients for the long term.
She can teach you all these things because she’s done them herself.
Anastasia began working toward her Perfect Day at just 19 years old. Though she spoke no English, she moved from her home in Russia to work as a dishwasher and waitress in New Zealand while she developed the skills she needed to take the next step in her career.
She quickly advanced to positions in sales and administrative work. By 21, she had started her first business—a mobile nail salon—while also managing two retail stores. She went on to start and sell two more successful businesses over the next few years.
In the early 2010s, Anastasia took a break from entrepreneurship to focus on developing other skills in business and finance. She joined the accounting department of an investment company before eventually becoming an associate at a small bookkeeping and financial controlling company.
Then she found fitness and opened WOF CrossFit in 2013.
“Growing slowly at first, I used all the experience and skills I acquired in my past to make WOF CrossFit successful,” she said.
She also sought mentorship from Chris Cooper in 2014, before the birth of Two-Brain Business.
“If we had not started and (carried) on with Two-Brain, we would not have a business right now,” she said. “It not only helped me to keep my business but also helped me to grow and have a very successful and reputable gym.”
But Anastasia wasn’t finished. Over the next few years, she started the meal-prep service My Meal Box, expanded her gym and purchased a competing gym. In 2018, she sold the second gym and My Meal Box and joined the Two-Brain mentorship team.
“I became a mentor because I wanted to help others to have a successful business, show them what’s possible and teach them everything I have learned over the years through my mistakes,” she said.
In addition to the real-world entrepreneurial experience Anastasia brings to the table, she holds a certificate in accounting, a diploma in business management and project management, and a diploma in life coaching.
She’s living her Perfect Day—“I get to spend time with my family, I get ‘me’ time, I get to train five to six days a week, I mentor others, and my business is growing,” she said—and her goal is to help her mentees live theirs, too.
“I will help you to tick those boxes and celebrate your success with you,” she said.
