Having sold CrossFit Unknown Element, which boasted 10 programs and 175 members, Greg is now fully committed to helping other gym owners achieve similar success.
Greg is a seasoned mentor and capital sales expert who successfully sold his gym business after transforming it into a thriving brand.
He is married with three kids, has proudly served over 17 years in the military, and enjoys the company of many animals, including dogs, cats and horses.
Greg’s journey began with opening CrossFit Unknown Element, the first CrossFit affiliate in Clovis, New Mexico, a town of 39,000 people. What started as a labor of love quickly grew into a successful venture with the guidance of Two-Brain Business.
Starting with the free content from the “Run a Profitable Gym” podcast and all of Two-Brain Business’ guides, Greg learned to build a rock-solid gym.
“I used everything to help build systems in my business,” he said, “and it started to make a real difference.”
Mentorship played a crucial role in accelerating his business improvements. Implementing lessons from his mentor, Greg saw a significant increase in retention rates.
“I was ROI-positive in only three weeks,” he shared. “That has paid dividends, and I would say I would pay 100 times what I did for the lessons and mentorship.”
