About

Brian Bott

With two personal-training facilities that bring in a total of $1.3 million a year, Brian is laser focused on helping others build profitable, sustainable PT businesses, too.

Brian Bott is laser focused: “I specialize in running profitable and sustainable personal-training businesses.”

A personal trainer at heart, Brian knows the effect a coach can have on a client’s life, so he’s dedicated to helping more business owners thrive.

“My mission is to save my mentee’s time, energy and money so that they can spend time focusing on the thing they wanted to do most when opening their business: Changing lives.”

Brian knows this niche well.

With one successful personal-training gym to his name, Brian bought a second facility—and the building that houses it—after the COVID pandemic, and he grew it to 170 members in less than two years. That location consistently brings in $70,000 a month.

Aspire Fitness is now a two-facility operation that’s consistently voted best PT business in Monmouth, New Jersey. As of November 2023, Aspire was on pace to hit $1.3 million in annual revenue. Both operations generate more than 90 percent of their gross through semi-private training and customized programming.

Brian found Two-Brain founder Chris Cooper the “old-school way”: In college, he read Cooper’s powerlifting articles on EliteFTS.com, then he reconnected with the mentor and business expert when it was time to supercharge Aspire Fitness.

As his businesses became very stable, profitable enterprises, Brian started looking for ways to help other gym owners.

“When great coaches and great gyms don’t last, the members they could have served fail. These gyms usually don’t fail due to lack of training knowledge or passion. They simply aren’t equipped with the tools and systems that will empower them to run a great business,” Brian said.

As a mentor, Brian takes pride in working one on one to help gym owners make sound decisions based on data, not guesses.

His specialty: helping business owners deliver a world-class training product and building the systems needed to support it.

Brian graduated with an honors degree in exercise physiology from Rutgers University in 2007. He holds Precision Nutrition and Functional Range Conditioning credentials, and he’s a Certified Functional Strength Coach.

When he’s not running his businesses or helping other gym owners, he’ll put a fishing line in the water, throw on some college football, set up a chess board or pick up a great book.

“My mission is to save my mentee’s time, energy and money so that they can spend time focusing on the thing they wanted to do most when opening their business: Changing lives.”
