Jeff grew up in Bowmanville, Ontario playing hockey and soccer. At 15, Jeff was drafted 23rd overall in the Ontario Hockey League and went on to play 5 seasons between the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds and the St. Michael’s Majors. Jeff received a full scholarship to Dalhousie University where he studied Kinesiology and played for the Men’s Hockey team, where his leadership was recognized by being named team captain in his last season. He met his future wife Amanda while in Halifax and they now happily reside in Burlington, Ontario with their daughter Cecilia and dog Benson.
Jeff embodies true entrepreneurial spirit. He would never say he’s been through it all, but he sure has been through a lot. Jeff started his first business at 17 and is now running a successful multi-location CrossFit gym. Over the last 8 years, he has opened 4 gyms from the ground up, bought 1 gym and closed another. Jeff has a wealth of experience to draw upon to help you create a profitable and well-organized business, while helping you maintain the work-life balance that you desire.
