About

Brooks DiFiore

Brooks DiFiore’s mission is “to help guide anyone willing to invest in themselves and their business to create a brighter future for themselves and the ones they love.”

He’s also invested in helping people become the best versions of themselves through fitness, nutrition coaching and relationship building: In 2015, he founded Arsenal Strength in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Brooks began by training a handful of clients in his parents’ garage. Today, he focuses on the gym’s finances, sales and marketing, and Arsenal Strength has grown into a 7,000-plus-square-foot space “that is home to (a) sustainable and profitable business that provides security for my family, empowers me to live my Perfect Day, creates career opportunities for others, and has improved the lives of hundreds of people through fitness and nutrition coaching.”

Initially hesitant to invest in mentorship, Brooks took a leap of faith and began working with Chris Cooper in 2014. He said it was one of the best decisions he ever made, and today, Brooks is committed to helping others build the same security and freedom that his business affords him.

“As gym owners, our goal is to help others make a positive change in their life,” he said. “To fully realize this dream, we must first make sure that our lives and the platform through which we deliver our service rest on a solid foundation that will allow us to keep making a positive impact for years to come. I became a Two-Brain mentor because I wanted to help others create that foundation for themselves.”

Brooks holds a bachelor of science in business communications and takes a tactical approach with his mentees. His process is to clearly identify issues and work with people to take actionable steps that drive their lives and businesses forward.

When he’s not mentoring or working on his business, you can find Brooks enjoying time with friends and family or practicing jiu-jitsu.
