Jeff Jucha

Jeff Jucha began his journey as a fitness entrepreneur passionate but broke.

After leaving a management position at a large chain gym in 2012, he started West Little Rock CrossFit in his garage with the fire of an underdog and no savings to speak of.

And it worked—for the most part. By 2016, the gym was out of the garage and had enough in the bank to hire an ad agency, which Jeff thought would help the gym grow. Then he read Two-Brain founder Chris Cooper’s blog Don’t Buy Ads. It helped Jeff see that an agency might help make some quick cash but wouldn’t fix the problem that was really holding his business back: poor client retention.

So he joined the Two-Brain family.

Like so many other entrepreneurs, I had the gut and the vision, but it wasn’t until I found professional mentorship and proven methods of business that I could grow myself and my business to what it became,” he said.

One year after Jeff started mentorship, the gym was posting record revenues.

But more importantly, I had a professional environment, team and infrastructure to support that growth without me hovering over every staff member and micromanaging,” he continued.

Jeff became a Two-Brain Mentor in 2018. Since then, he’s mentored one-person businesses to large operations with multiple management layers. He specializes in helping aspiring owners start new gyms and guiding fitness entrepreneurs through the levels of entrepreneurship without losing sight of their mission and vision.
