Kaleda Connell has achieved what many entrepreneurs only dream of: freedom of time and money. Now she wants to help others do the same.
The great-granddaughter of immigrant entrepreneurs and the daughter of a multi-business owner, Kaleda has had an entrepreneurial spirit from the start. She developed an aptitude for systems in university, inventing a new procedure for tracking grant applications, and her superpower only grew from there.
In 2014, she moved to a new town of less than 3,000 people, bought a house and built a garage gym. It outgrew the garage a year later, and Degree CrossFit Seaforth was born.
Kaleda was smart enough to know she needed some guidance, so she called Chris Cooper to help her establish effective systems before opening. Just two years later, Kaleda owned the building her gym was in and was functionally retired with the freedom to travel and work as she liked.
“I was incredibly proud to run a gym in a town of about 2,500 people and not only provide a space for people in my community to be happy and healthy, but also provide careers to people who might otherwise not have an opportunity like this,” she said.
Being functionally retired from the gym also gave Kaleda the freedom to start a new chapter in life: guiding other entrepreneurs on the path to wealth.
In late 2019, she sold the gym to her general manager in order to devote her time to mentoring clients, running the Two-Brain Acceptance and Marketing teams and helping to establish and grow Gym Lead Machine, a website-management and marketing platform.
Though freedom of time and money can seem like an unattainable goal to many entrepreneurs, Kaleda’s mission is to teach them how to achieve it—and at lightning speed. She’s got the tools to move you to the next level in your business and bring you closer to your Perfect Day.
